Zits means -pimple, acne, whiteheads, blackheads all included. If u say zit it may be either one of those. Pimple reffers in faceial skin specifically. Acne may come in face or body. Both are same.
Blemishes - it is spot or mark or discoloration on the skin may be caussed by zits or something else

blemishes is skin thats like dry and pimples and zits are obvious. blemishes can be covered with compact or foundation pimples cant really be hidden they still stick out with the cover up on it.
