I can't tell you how many times I have cracked-up at MEN wrestling in their seats with a bag of peanuts in their teeth!
Directions:
1) Hold bag front facing you.
2) Look at bag.
3) See little notch or tear in the upper/middle left corner.
4) Hold bag on the upper left corner with left hand.
5) Tear at notch with right hand.
Voila! Easy access to all 6 peanuts!!!!!!!!
Buh-bye now!

Whoa - I thought I was the only one that had that problem.
I examine each corner for the little slit that is supposed to be there. Many times it's not. So I take the chance that it may be an easy rip. UUgggg Uuuppppfff.
Not wanting to look like the 80 lb weakling, I place the bag nonchalantly, back on the "table in front of you". I stare at it, and think:
OK you little son of a b----
I'm not going to let you beat me. If I have to, I will tear you up with my teeth - I will.
So just as I pick it back up, now as determined as a warrior in Braveheart - --- My wife sitting next to me says - "give it to me you little twirp" as she takes her finger nail and rips the little package into submission.
I look at her and say, "Actually I was going to save those for the kids at home."

Usually the bags have a small cut mark or tear that you can tear open with. Just look for it. Or else ask the cabin crew to open it for you.
