ok so in this class of mine this girl is always trying to put her arm on my should and she sits next to me.

so then after she wants to hug me
and all
so do u think she likes me and

if so shoul i hug her and how should i hug her

She could like you or she just thinks of you as a very good friend. If you like her(after you consider what she looks like , etctra.)hug her back! AAlso good luck.
