Our son comes home and tells me these things and he is not happy with his daddy I try to talk to him to let him know that what daddy is doing is not the right way to be. But how do I talk to my X husband to let him know he thinks I am trying to tell him who he can see and be with and I am putting things in our sons mind. I do not want to see our little one hurt he is only 4 and talks about things he should not have to worry about as a child.

your son is 4 if he is not seeing them have sex just let your son know that daddy has alot of female friends.
are tell your son to tell daddy he just wants to spend time with him and not the other woman,one day your son will see you go through this to.

TELL YOUR EX THAT YOU DONT CARE WHAT HE DOES WHEN YOUR SON IS NOT THERE BUT UNTIL HE CAN STOP DOING IT WHILE YOUR SON IS THERE HE IS NOT TO STAY THERE OBVISLY YOU EX IS MORE WORRIED ABOUT A** THEN YOUR SON BEING THERE AND IF THATS NOT THE CASE THEN HE WILL UNDERSTAND YOUR OPINION IF HE SAYS FINE DONT BRING YOUR SON THERE JUST TELL YOUR SON THAT DADDYS OUT ON VACATION AT LEAST THATS WHAT I WOULD DO A CHILD OF ANY AGE SHOULD NOT BE SEEING THAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR

I would talk to him and tell him you don't want your child meeting random women every time hes w/ him,its another thing if he meets someone who he plans on staying w/ then introduce the child to the woman,but kids need stability...and if dad only sees him a certain times of the week he should make the most of the time w/ your son..and save his sleazy-ness for his free time!

give your son a disposable camera and tell him to take surprise pics of the ppl in the house when he visits daddy. he should then proudly present this concept to daddy and his "friends", saying that he is putting a booklet together at school, which will be presented on a website featuring creativity for 4 yr olds in their first web design project...

if you want him away from your ex and that environment, you will have to get a full evaluation of your child, proof of what is going on at your husbands while your child is there and go to court to prove that your son is in a negative environment and gain sole custody.

You don't tell your husband anything and you need to tell your son to stop telling you what goes on at his father's home. YOU need to make your son understand that your ex husband and you are no longer married that what he does in HIS home is none of your business and what YOU do in YOUR home is none of his business. When your son comes to tell you something you simply tell your son "I don't want to hear it", or "It's none of my business". You son won't be hurt unless YOU continue allowing him to carry tales back and forth.

I'm afraid you should consider not allowing your husband to have visiting privilages - this is damaging to your child. At this young age, there is NO WAY he should be exposed to this stuff.
Talk to your attorney.
