At the risk of walking all over a bunch of religious beliefs, and also feeding the trolls...
In some cultures, (female) victims of sexual abuse may have still been considered virgins. "Virginity" is as much a cultural and social perception as it is a physical state of being.
The fact you mention Mary as a "16 year old girl" is coloring the situation with a modern prejudice. Two thousand years ago, the average life expectancy was around 30 years of age - so a female of 16 years may have been considered "old" by the standards of the day.
The accusation of "forcing her to undergo the agony of birth" can be, has been, and will be leveled at all men. The mother of my son told me so when she was in labour, and my father tells a few funny stories about what my mother said while in labour, so it's not really a new thing. As luck would have it, women have a higher pain tolerance than men do, and the human body plays a few nice tricks for women to help them forget the worst of it.
If you want to mess with someone else's faith, then that's on you I guess - I personally wouldn't. However, you might want to consider your questions in the context of the social and cultural environment of the event, and not measure it by 'modern' standards.

Read your bible, child. Mary was asked if she would become the mother of the savior. Mary replied that she was the "handmaiden of the lord, let it be done to me according to thy will". Therefore, she agreed to the conception, therefore it could not have been "rape" as rape is the act of forced sex with an unwilling partner. Also, since Mary was not married at the time, she and god could not have committed "adultery"...fornification perhaps, but not adultery. However, since the Roman Catholic church says that Mary was both virgin and mother, one can only assume that the god-child was placed in her womb by other than the normal man/woman means.
Of course, this is only if you buy into the whole christian story of the conception and birth of Jesus...

Read the following...
(Luke 1:30-35) So the angel said to her: “Have no fear, Mary, for you have found favor with God; 31Â and, look! you will conceive in your womb and give birth to a son, and you are to call his name Jesus. 32Â This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High; and Jehovah God will give him the throne of David his father, 33Â and he will rule as king over the house of Jacob forever, and there will be no end of his kingdom.” 34Â But Mary said to the angel: “How is this to be, since I am having no intercourse with a man?” 35Â In answer the angel said to her: “Holy spirit will come upon you, and power of the Most High will overshadow you. For that reason also what is born will be called holy, God’s Son.
Almighty God's POWER caused this. No physical relation took place.
But if the Catholic belief that the Holy Spirit is a third individual equal in power to God himself, then a charge could be laid.
But as this is a false teaching, it can be ignored.
God's power caused Mary's pregnancy.

Very good question!!!
If GOD commands us not to rape, steal, fornicate etc, then HE must do the same. It does not give HIM the right to do evil and then 'represent' the 'Truth'
The answer is simple, Virgin Mary was not 'raped' by GOD. The Bible makes you believe in evil things. Mary gave birth to Jesus Christ (Peace Be Upon Him) not due to any intercourse between GOD and Mary, instead he was born miraculously.
Is this not possible? If we say GOD is the 'Creator' then to create a human without a father is not 'impossible' for HIM. GOD created Adam and Eve without a father or mother. SO why is it impossible for HIM to create Jesus Christ (PBUH) as a messenger of GOD without a father???
This is the Islamic belief about Jesus Christ (PBUH). We account for the truth about Jesus Christ. That he was:
1) Born Miraculously by the will of GOD
2) He is messenger of GOD sent to guide mankind just like Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses and Muhammed (PBUT)

Having sexual intercourse is something WE have to do in order to get pregnant. God only has to say it for it to come true. Therefore, He's not a rapist. And also, He went to her because He knew she would be ok with it. Remember He knows all, so he didn't force anyone.

He came as a sacrifice to die for all of us because We, mankind, are not worthy of anything. I can give you more info if you would like.
