I'm 16 year old guy, I love my best friend so much, and well, we hold hands, and I have kissed her on the cheek, but I don't know if I should actually kiss her, there have been times where I thought I should, but I didn't know if she wanted to, so I didn't. But tonight, we were bein real flirty, and she was like touchin my lips with her fingers, does that mean, that next time, the time is "right" I should be able to kiss her, and if so, how should I go about it? Next time, kiss her.
It really sounds like she likes you.
But I'm telling you now... It doesn't always work out with best friends. You should just be ready for the possibility that it might go exactly right or wrong for you.
I don't want to sound completely depressing or anything, it's just, it really won't matter if you tell her how you feel or not. If she doesn't feel the same way, things will never be the same between you. But if she does, then that's a really good thing.

you don't plan these things. when she was getting flirty might have been the time and you missed it.
if there is to be another best time you'd best pick up your cue or you'll miss that too.
special moments like that are so few and far between and some people never even get any. if they are deliberate then they are designed to be very discrete, if they are not designed then it's like a blessing where carpe diem applies. and when the moment passes and you miss it there is no way to get back to it.

Alrite ur a 16yr guy & u luv ur best frnd so much tatz a female.
So u know tatz wat always happens with men at tat sec u can't decide nything yes or no but fine u can kiss her wen u have often dun tat & wen u really luv her but i have a dought here u luv her ( in a frndship way or a gf way ) ?
If u get ths ans 4 urself then u can really kiss her. Never miss a chance again.
