It is unfortunate that a lot of folks misinterpret the Anti-Christ, which is found in the Scriptures. Some believe it is found in the book of Revelations, but Revelations never mentions the Anti-Christ. However, in the letters of John there is mention of the Anti-Christ. Yet, in the context of his writings it is a simple matter to understand. To put it simply, anyone who is against Christ in thought, word, and deed is an Anti-Christ.
Yet, to say that there is only one being who is the Anti-Christ is to ignore the bigger problem of those who deny Christ in the very way they live, teach, and speak. The Christian is only to inform them pastorally of what it means to decided either for or against Christ. Yet, all the while allow the person they evangelize the freedom to make their own informed decision. We do not corece one to love God or make mention of the "Anti-Christ" as a means to scare one into turning to Christ. The Anti-Christ is Satan and all who decided against Christ when informed of Him. To be an Anti-Christ is a contrary decision made after hearing His Gospel. And so, we see from this that being an Anti-Christ is not a matter of one's nature, but of one's decision. May the Lord bless and keep you. May He let the light of His face shine upon you.

The first Ideal or concept of anti-christ was first spoken of by Jesus concerning many coming in his name. As is recorded in Matthew 24:4-5.
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
He followed this up with Matthew 24:24 with; For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Antichrist means against Christ, or an opposition Christ, a rival Christ.
The word is used only by the apostle John. Referring to false teachers, he says 1 John 2:18:22, 4:3,and 2 John 1:7 "Even now are there many antichrists."
I John 2:22 says; Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
The spirit of antichrist is spoken of in 1 John 4:3 of anyone who denies the fleshly manifestation of Jesus Christ.
And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
2 John 1:7 says; For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
This name has been applied to the "little horn" of the "king of fierce countenance" in Daniel 7:24-25, and 8:23-25.
And to the "man of sin" described by Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, 4-8-10
And to the "beast from the sea" of Revelation 13:1; and 17:1-18

The term appears twice in the New Testament. 1st John 2:18. It is talking about not just one person, but many opening the door for the coming false prophet, nations of confederacy and government that forge one world dominance, void of God, with Satan as the real leader. Revelation 16-17, refer back to Daniel 11:36-38

"Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour."---1 John 2:18.
So the word antichrist is in the Bible. And if you take it for what it says, he came in John's day. Also look at ! John 4:3 and 2 John verse 7.

Yes the Antichrist is real and in the Bible(2John7; 1John2:22;1John2:18 but now how is thThe list of those charged with being the Antichrist is a long one. In the past, those labled "antichrist" included Jews, the Catholic papacy, and Roman emperors, For example when Emperor Fredrick II (1194-1250) chose not to join a crusade on behalf of the Church, Pope GregoryIX named him the antichrist and excommunicated him. Gregory's successor, InnocentIV, excommunicated him again, In response, Fredrick declared Innocent to be the antichrist".
The apostle John is the only Bible writer to use the word"antichrist" In two of the letters bearing his name, the word appears5 times,in both the singular and the plural. The verses in which the word appears are: 1John2:18, 1John4:3, John2:22, 2John7
The Antichrist is Anti-Christian
Jesus warned his followers that the world in general would hate them. He said:"People will deliver you up to tribulation and will kill you and you will be objects of hatred by all nations on account of my name. And many False Phrophets will arise and misslead many."(Matthew24:9,11)
Because Jesus desciples are persecuted "on account of {Jesus} name the persecutors are clearly antichrist, against Christ. The false prophets some of whom were once Christians, are also in that catagory.
These "many antichrists", wrote John,"wentout from us, but they were notof our sort,; for if they had been of our sort, they would have remained with us."(1John2:18,19)
The words of both Jesus and John plainly indicate that the antichrist is not a single person but is m,ade up of many individuals antichrists. Moreover, because they are false prophets, one of their main objectives is religious deception What are some of their devices?
Spreading religious Lies.
The Apostle Paul warned his fellow workerTimothy to beware of the teachings of apostates, such as Hymenaeus and Philetus, whose word will spread like gangreene."Paul added: "These men have deviated from the truth, saying that the resurrection has already occured; and they are subverting the faith of some."(2Timothy2:16-18)
The word "antichrist applies to all who deny what the Bible says about Jesus Christ, all who oppose his kingdom, and all who mistreat his followers. It also includes individuals, organizations, and nations that falsely claim to represent Christ or that improperly ascribe to themselves the role of Messiah by presumptuously promising to to achieve that which only Christ can do_ bring about true peace and security. So it would seem then that the Antichrist is here already, look around the world do you see any of those things in the world today that fit in to be the Antichrist in the world, think about it, is it not visible and clearly, that these things truly are there now?so what do you think is the Antichrtist here already or is it not? I believe it is already here because all these things are going on already!
e Antichrist identified?

Yes, definately in the bible!
Jesus said at least once in each gospel that someone would come along 'right after me'...who would say that they were of God but teach exactly the opposite of Jesus' teachings.
Not only that, but barely 300 years after Jesus someone came along who said he was a Christian, and then taught exactly the opposite.
Jesus taught that Christians should love their neighbors as they love themselves, and that only God can judge (or know who will be saved and who won't be), and this guy taught that it was okay for a slave to hate his master, knowing that the slave would go to heaven and the slave-keeper would not.
Jesus said that not all of those who call on him and yell about how much they worship God will be saved, this guy said that everyone who believes in Jesus WILL be saved.....
Jesus main focus was to get across that the only righteousness that anyone should be focused on is their own, this guy purposely manipulated people into arguments concerning the 'edification' of the church, the length of women's hair.....
But read for yourself all the words of Jesus,
and all the words of Paul,
......................and make your own decision.
