Hi i am 13 years old and i weigh about 160 ibs. I just started tonight the 6 second abs should i keep using that and for how long should i use it. I am sick and tired of kids calling me fat in school i need some advice if you could write back it would be great. And also what are some good ways of losing weight when your only 13 years old.

I observed the booklet to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however regularly) and doing little or no endeavor, however the weight maintains flying off. It obviously works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it might scare the residing daylights out of me considering the fact that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the know-how. I've by no means bought whatever like this earlier than considering the fact that they're more commonly filled with trash, however 3WD has been a best shock. Get began in these days!

DO NOT do that weird detox thing that orchid suggested. the best way to lose weight is to eat 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day -- or basically, whenever you get hungry eat something, but stop as soon as you get full. drink a ton of water. try to eat healthy-- like not as much pop, or fast food. find some fruit and healthy food that you really like and have your mom buy it. like one of my favorite snack are canned peaches and cottage cheese :) hmmm... start getting involved in sports. if you arent a big sports person, or feel to embarrased because you dont want people to make fun of you then start doing stuff when you're at home, like running, situps, crunches, pushups, squats, lunges, ect. google "exercises" and you'll find millions of stuff. but dont worry you're probably about to have a big growth spurt so you should be fine :) just watch what you eat and become more active!!

Just eat healthy. However, I know this is difficult because I have never eat healthy (I actually have the opposite problem, I weigh too little. I'm 16 and only weigh about 110 pounds, I should weigh about as much as you though).

In my case, I just hardly eat. I have no idea why, it's not like I dislike food or anything. Nor is it really severe; I'm just skinny, more so then alot of people, but not like I'm severely malnourished. So my advice to you, is to just eat less, eat maybe half your meals, or just eat breakfast and supper and skip out on lunch altogether. However, THIS IS NOT GOOD ADVICE. As I said, I'm underweight, which is a health problem. USE THIS METHOD AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Cut out all junk food, eat healthier foods: smaller portions, exercise more....start out SLOWLY. Those fad exercise things don't work. If they did, we'd all be skinny. It takes self control and TIME. There IS no fast way to do it. It takes time to gain it and it takes time to lose it. (Yeah, I know, I can gain 20 lbs. in 5 days, but it'll take me 4 months t lose it!!)
