I have no idea how many have been born since year zero. But they all died except about 6.5 million who are presently alive.

There are far too many variables, as well as missing data, to even consider such an answer. There are tribes of people who lived and died off, there are changes in life spans with the first born coming when the parents are over 100 years of age. Natural disasters have wiped out whole cities. There is no empirical data available to work from.
