I am giving you a link. It is very effective. I also do it daily. Few minutes daily will make a big difference.

Other than surgery, the laws of physics dictate what it takes to lose fat: the amount of energy used by the body (calories) must be larger than the amound of energy taken in. But your body, not you, decides where the lost fat wil be taken from. Better muscle tone can help decrease the "flabby" feeling, but no excercise will help reduce fat in a specific area.

Simply cut down on calories, eat healthier foods. Exercise and for the belly fat try strengthening your stomach muscles with crunches and sit ups! Maybe some dead lifts if you can manage it.

1) Eat healthy by eating less and making better food selections. If you get hungry between meals, eat fruits and drink lots of water all day. 2) Exercise, exercise and then more exercise. This WILL work but you have to have lots of discipline. You will not see results overnight but if you stick to it, it will work for you.
