Moisturizing cream should help or special fade cream. I have the same ailment and it was so bad on my hands, it totally obliterated the print on one of my finger.

Try a drop or two of tincture of myrrh in olive oil. A few drops to an ounce. Use it a few times a day, unless it bothers your skin. Taking fish oil is good for eczema conditions.

try a product that contains shea butter coz shea butter is healing and great on scars
u would want a product that exfoilates as well coz a scar is made up of dead skin cells so exfoilating would gently remove it

lush do a product called buffy which contains shea butter and coco butter which will keep the skin soft, the shea butter will help heal nd the the ground almonds will gently exfoilate the skin, so ya scar would gently fade away
