how many times should I wokr out? 3 or 5 times?
Im 23 and wiegh 207?

The more you workout the faster you can reach your goals, you can still reach them at 3 days a week but not as fast. It's up to you my friend!

For Basic health benefits the minimum is doing some form of cardiovascular exercise 3 days a week for 30 minutes. If you want to lose weight and get better results you should do more. Good luck!

If you are trying to lose weight - you should work out 5 times per week and alternate aerobic activity with muscle toning exercises. Once you are closer to your ideal weight - 3x per week is good for maintenance. Kudos to you for your effort!!!

You should workout at least three times a week, or at least every other day.
