After 12 - 15 yrs how do i build a relationship with family ?

Question

Recently located relatives, told to email, received 2 calls then email listing no longer on yahoo. More or less excommunicated with fam.
Was a severe problem child, i admit, but finally changed after children born. Want to move on but the harder i try to, more questions surface and the "internal voice" will not stop. Affecting personal life what would you do

well. what i do is i spend time with my parents and come up with something we all like to do and go do it. =]]

I'd see a psychologist, this isn't doing any good with your self esteem. Try to think "why do I need to be so hard on myself? i have loving children that love me back" everyday.
Spend more time with your children too, you don't wan to excommunicate with them either so be loving, you have a family with your children.

I think you should ask yourself why you were a problem child......if your family was any good to begin with they will understand and take you back, but I think you should do so by knocking on their front door......not by a long distance communication. I wonder what your internal voice is telling you.....

Building up relationships, be patient with them.
Let things take place in your life.
let it bloom.
You will find that everything has fallen in place soon.
