Depends where you are, but with very few exceptions bottled water is almost always cleaner. Instead of tap water being filtered it is simply treated with chlorine to kill any bacteria. Not only that, but the metals from the pipes (if your house is old it is generally a lot worse) dissolves into the tap water in minute amounts.

They are both basically the same. Most bottled water, even with names like Crystal Springs come from the same source, recycled sewer water. Dont be fooled ! They have done shows on 20/20 testing the quality of the water, and they both are the same. Even consumers couldnt taste the difference, at the food store consumers were led to believe they were drinking $$$ spring water when it truth it came from the tap! They were shocked when producers told them that they were drinking water out of the faucet!

Most bottled water is just tap water. It was probably run through a filter to remove the chlorine taste.

hello :)
city water is fine from the tap it is tested all the time (usually),
well water is sometimes better than tap water because of less impurities but spring water is the best it is the most natural. bottled water is tested but you have to pay more for it, see if there is a spring around your town and go bottle some of it yourself (:

That depends. If you are talking about tap water where you live, then you probably should drink from the tap. There are bacteria everywhere and you should get to know your home turf bacteria. If you are talking about Mexico or even western Europe, you probably should drink bottled water, because their bacteria is different from your home bacteria and you are not used to it.
We need non-pure stuff in our gut. If you only ate purified stuff and drank only purified liquids, you would be at greater risk for germs.

Spring water is the best for you because of it's PH levels. It balances out the acidity in your body.
