He obviously like the drama queen girlfriend more so move on.

It is obvious that he's playing a very safe but rather self-serving game. He likes you but he is still committed to his girlfriend. He is trying to keep you so he can run to you whenever he wants. But, he gives no guarantee in return. But why would you allow that? You’d just have to accept the fact that it is not you but his girl that he chooses to be with. He doesn’t want to hurt his girlfriend, and that should be more than enough reason to make you understand that he cares more about how she feels than how you do. From there, you'll know he's not serious and will probably leave you hurting in the end. I think it is best for you to just move on with your life, without him. You might be missing an opportunity to be blissfully happy with someone else. Give yourself a chance.

LEAVE HIM ALONE!
It will leave you nothing but heart ache..... I've seen it happen to many times.
You are obviously not his priority.
