ONLY use FRANK'S brand hotsauce! Taht's the ONLY sauce that makes them REAL buffalo wings.
Wash and season the wings with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
On a baking sheet, line it with foil the pan and lightly spray it with oil.
Spread the seasoned wings on the pan and bake the wings on 375 degrees until crisp and done for 35-45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
In a bowl, combine the bottle of FRANKS hotsauce, and a half stick of butter or margarine. Microwave it until the butter is melted and the sauce is hot. Stir it up, put the wings in a bowl and pour the sauce on the wings, mix them around.
Serve with Marie's bleu cheese dressing. ENJOY!
You can also fry the wings in HOT cooking oil until crispy. Make sure you drain them on paper towels once they come out of the oil.

Very simple recipe....
1-Chicken wing pieces, usually sold in 4 or 5lb. bags, frozen
1 c. melted butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar--apple cider is the best, but white will do
2 c. red hot or any hot sauce that you have will work
cook off the wings, either deep fry or bake till they to temp--no less then 180 degrees!! (will take about 12 to 15 minutes deep frying or 25 minutes baking)
mix all ingredient together well and coat wings with mix....and enjoy!!
(if you like it REALLY hot...add about 1/4 to 1/2 Tabasco sauce to the mix, that kicks it up a bit.)

I even have a terrific, occasion examined recipe on my internet site for boneless buffalo wings. they are truly difficulty-free to make and could have the desirable flavor of the classic buffalo wing from the anchor bar(Buffalo), different than there are no longer any bones. i exploit franks warm sauce(used in the unique), that's no longer a real warm sauce, so that's beneficial to function some warmth. persist with the source.

Take one stick of butter and melt it with 1/3 to 1/2 cup of hot sauce, 1T of vinegar and 1T of brown sugar. To make the wings I take some flour and add lots of chili powder, cayenne pepper, some garlic salt, onion salt, and celery salt. Put in a plastic bag and shake. Put on a cookie sheet and put in the fridge for an hour. Take out and recoat with the flour mixture and then fry them.

This is pretty basic. I like to get a large bottle of Texas Pete Hot Sauce and melt into it a stick of butter. Makes a wonderful buttery-hot sauce and will have you licking your fingers!!!
