Ask her out whenever you think you can chat with her for a few minutes alone. Be sure to get her phone number, but do most of your communication in person. Good luck!

well when your not gonna put her in a spot in front of her gf's in case she is not wanting to, not when she isnt happy either, and when she isn't going to point A to point B in a hurry. Call her up after shcool otherwise the whole gossip train starts when ur in school by the end of the day every one knows whos asking who out. Before school her brain might be in morning mode as some are. Not awake few hrs later they would change their mind. If you call her at home she has her calendar to check for more than busy reasons as well. She can opt to get back to you next day whereas in school she will feel like she needs to answer then and there.

first of all it has to be not awkward and surprising in a good way.
I say not when shes surrounded by a million people or her friends.
If you can, ask her to go for a walk during lunch or when u have time around the school or outside and ask her out.
Best time would be sooner than later!
good luck!

i'm a girl so in my opinion..i want a guy to ask me out after school. The best time actually just depends on the situation. Ask yourself this first: does the girl send me the right signals for me to ask her out? Do I really like her or is it just peer pressure? Oh well....just ask her out when you feel like it's the right moment in the right mood. Good Luck!!!!!!! Hope it will turn out very well!!!! ; )

It doesn't sound like timing is an issue. Have a plan of what you want to say. If you want to ask her out...have a plan of something that you want to do that she'd probably like. Maybe "Hey ___, I'm thinking of checking out the 007 movie on Saturday night, interested? If so, I'll meet-you/pick-you-up at 7pm."

When you get the best opportunity to speak to her alone...before, during, or after doesn't matter...just make sure you have plenty of time to chat about it if needed...

allrightt heres how it is first you just have to get close to her not too close and talk to her to see if she is right one. If she is call her if you know her number and ask her like when her favorite day is or when her b-day is then on that day maybe wit flowers or just go up to her and ask her out. I advise you DONT EVER wiggle or juggle or w/e it looks dumb just go up to her and ask her
