Actually I do, for the most part. I do eat lean beef sometimes, however. I also eat lots of chicken, turkey and fish (I'm an amateur bodybuilder so I need lots of protein). It's sometimes challenging to stay away from the bad stuff but not too bad once it becomes habit. I don't even miss fast food anymore and smelling all that grease turn my stomach nowadays. It's true it takes some self discipline sometimes, but usually in 15-30 minutes the craving goes away.

Just a matter of making good diet as part of the lifestyle, not buying bad foods at the grocery store and staying away from fast food joints.

Holidays are harder, of course, since everyone makes junk food, so grabbing the rolled ham and carrot sticks instead of the devilled eggs and brownie bites is up to you in the end. :)

Well the staying away from fried foods is always a good idea, it goes with the old saying if it tastes good im sure its bad for you. The veggies part is all in how you season them, garlic and butter spray works wonders.

there's really nothing wrong with beef. i'd say vegetarians as a group do what you mentioned. i know a few folks who'll eat healthy like that, but for everyone who eats healthy, there's just as many people who have gone to the extremes of 6 meals/day, protein shakes, carefully measuring out their calories, and other such stuff.

I'm like resist. Except I eat a lot of beef, chicken, and tuna. Top Ramen as well. I feel sorry for vegetarians, they think they are doing good for their body but it has been proven that they aren't really as healthy as they believe they are.

I don't, at least not as much as I probably should. Then again, I never claimed to be a good example. :)
