Quit doubting yourself. Guys rarely go out with a girl more than once if they are not interested. If he can get over your BF+GF remark (which he has), you are definitely on his mind. Just don't be so obvious and take each date at a time. Let him see you as a person of good character, not as just another needy girl. Take care, quit worrying!

If he wasn't interested he would not ask you out foe a third date start as friends you are going to scare the guy off.

Are you really that out of touch with reality? You just answered your own question based on the fact that you are advancing to the third date. Was the purpose of your question to ask us what you should do, or to reaffirm that which you already know, which is that he is interested in you? Grow up!

if he wasn't interested in you, there wouldn't have been a second or a third date..but what i don't understand is why you just can't relax and enjoy this instead of trying to define it right away?
