If you do decide to deep fry the meatballs, Safety Tip: fill your fry pot no more then half full, the oil will expand when you drop these frozen orbs into the 360 degree cauldron, if not then you wanted to remodel the kitchen anyway, right?

Those little ones are already precooked and I believe you can lightly fry them My mother used to mix ground beef with spices and breadcrumbs, make 3" dia balls, flatten them a bit and fry 'em up in (and I know this is a no-no) in melted, blue-haze butter, resulting in a delicious crunchy darkbrown crust surrounding the mouthwatering inside...

Why would you add grease to them? Baking them delivers better results, and is more healthy.
Going from there, making meatballs is really easy. Why would you buy frozen ones instead of making them yourself?

I believe they're already precooked and frozen. I could be wrong. But I've never heard of deep frying them. I just toss them in the sauce and let them heat up, or bake them.
