Plan to do something special, one on one. It could be a walk, or a nice meal, but something quiet that gives you time to talk without a lot of distractions. You can simply say at one point, "I think I'm falling for you..."

Treat them a little more special. Buy them chocolates or a rose or something.
It sends a subtle message of what you want them to know.

Why be subtle about it?? You guys just confuse us when you have to do it this way. I guess just making sure you see and talk to her when you can and do little things for her.

Bet you don’t like it when women “hint” around thinking you are going to understand. She’s no different , she deserves straight forward honest communication of your feelings for her. She’s no better a “mind reader” than you are.
