he's only 17yrs. old....wants to go to puerto rico for $520.00
and me pay...just to meet girlfriends dad....... I said no.....
he said they checked on the laws, and he can leave the
country without my permission...... how????????

Don’t think so.. he has to have a passport and he’s not 18 years old. So long as you’re in the U.S. son is outa luck doing pretty much anything without your permission Check the laws

You can check the law yourself without taking his word. I would think he would be a run away since your not giving him permission to go. If his dad wants him to go meet the girlfriend then dad should pay for it not you.

fare.
Just a p.s. as a matter of fact he can't do anything without
your approval.....
