His grandma is in a nursing home for a little while. When she gets out some one has to be home 24/7 to take care of her. and he works during the day and his mom works during the night, and i work at night so when will i see him? Shouold i break up with him or take a break ?

No you shouldn't break up with him. He is taking time out of his life to help his poor grandmother.
This isn't his day in the park either.
He'll get days off.
You will to eventually.
If you cared about him you would make time.

What has his grandma got to do with anything? You could consider the fact that you work at night to be a problem too. So, you want to dump a guy who is caring enough to help out with his Grandmother? Remember, she is a vital member of his family no matter what her age. Maybe you need to let him go and find a girl he is worthy of having, because you seem to be too self centered and inconsiderate to work things out with him.
After all, in your case, work hours seem to be tantamount to character!

first of all, i would wait and see what happens when she does get out! Give it some time, put yourself in his or his moms shoes for a change!
They will eventually have to get a break or some help from somone! I know ive stayed with my grandma, uncle and aunt!
Have you thought maybe of going over there and helping out some? I know thats probably asking alot, but he would prob. appreciate the company, and help!

If you really care for this guy the time you see him shouldn't matter, you would just cherish the little time you have together and these times would become even more special to you! if you don't really care or this is not the relationship for you and you can't handle this type of pressure and stress its best to get out now!

I'm sure you will still find time to see him yer it will be hard but i don't think you should break up with him give it time see how it goes. i don't see a lot of my gf at times don't mean we are gonna break up.
