what type of clothes wont show arm pit wettness? any type of remedy and/ or clothing i will try

You said you've tried every deodorant, but have you tried any antiperspirants? Antiperspirants actually block the sweat from coming out of your skin, whereas deodorants kill the bacteria that live in your armpits and cause your sweat to stink.

Otherwise, wear light colors, and try not to raise your arms up a whole lot. I've also had good luck with keeping my armpits clean-shaven and applying baby powder after applying the antiperspirant.

have you specifically tried anti-perspirant? The white may show, but it is better than being sweaty. Try light cotton in white or black; no colors like navy blue or red, because they will show it.

I have read that botox shots in the area will help reduce sweating.
