Put it in a sippy cup so she can't dump it and make it available, cut back on the juice and water, she'll drink it.

I would suggest you sit down and talk to her , tell her you are going out shopping with her to buy her a special sippy cup, just for her milk .Let her pick it out. When you get home wash the nursers , have her help dry them, put all them in a bag,and tell her that someone is going to stop by and get them later for a baby that really need them. Then go out later and put them in the trash .I did this when my son would not give up his pacifier . Good luck

Give her time. Try offering her lots of food that will give her the mike she needs till she sees that she will have to drink from a cup or not get mike at all. Don't give her the cup she likes anymore just give her time and keep offering the other glass.

Milk is her "comfort food" and it has to be in the bottle to be right to her. You just have to be more stubborn than she is. You will have to take it away and let her be mad. Don't offer her anything else but milk in a cup. She will drink it. Don't dehydrate her or anything of course but just keep handing it to her. She'll take it.
