A soup kitchen in your area may be preparing Christmas dinner for homeless and poor people. You may be able to help with that.
Does your family attend church? If so, your church may have a project you can help with.
Organize your class at school to donate food to a food bank. You could see if you could help with collecting food for a food bank.
Ask your parents for other ideas.
Congratulations on wanting to help. If we all helped a little, many people in the world would be much better off.

You are a very sweet person. Please stay that way when you grow up!
Well, you could do a food drive at your school and ask the teachers and students to bring in canned and boxed food to take to your local shelter. You could also do a toy drive the same way. If you are good at any subject or sport in school, you could go to your local charitable organization and ask to help other children with homework or practice. If you like to sing or have any other talent, it would be great for you to go to the nearest nursing home and sing carols or put on a short play. There are many older people who are alone at the holidays who would love for you to even come visit. If you could entertain or read to them, that would be even better!
You are one special child! Tell your mom and dad a nice lady in Michigan said so! Merry Christmas!

Many non-profit groups rely on volunteers. Just figure out what kind of volunteer work you'd like to do. Are you interested in helping the poor or the aged? Our community has an organization called Volunteer Services. Maybe yours does too!
God bless you!

Your to young yet but you have a great heart. Ask your mom & dad for help, it possible that just buying some can goods or small amounts of cash donated to your local food bank center. If everyone does just a little it will go a long way. You will be amased at how you feel when you give just a small gift.

I love your spirit and I urge you to contact non profit around your area to volunteer your time for them. You can talk on phone with the elderly and put can food on the shelf. You need to consult with your parents. Keep save your money from allowance then you can help the poor. Are you serious?

Try www.volunteermatch.com or www.points of lights.com for agencies in your area that post opportunities with descriptions. At 13, there are many places you can help out, local soup kitchens, church org. or hospitals are looking for young people.
