hi, i'm big head , working in my uncle factory n my father also shareholder(25%) , this few years working very unhappy in this company , thinking of resign , if i resign my father n uncle will not be happy with each other so what i can do

Have you talked to you father or your uncle? I would suggest that you should at least try to address the situation with one or both of them (maybe you can resolve some of the issues, or at least make them aware that you would like to leave). If you decide to leave, definitely give them notice so that they can find someone to replace you.
Bottom line, you have to try to be happy (but remember that most jobs are not fun, or they wouldn't be called work). Good luck whatever you decide to do.

make sure you have education /another job before resigning !...besides its your life...live it!
