The Gospel of Matthew presents a husband who finds his wife pregnant before they come together and he thinks of having her stoned to death for adultery, privately.

Luke presents a wife who was forewarned of her having to be "come upon" and "overshadowed" for "that holy thing which shall be born".

The uninformed and confused husband is made to accept his position by an angel in a dream.

The Quran calls this unnacceptable in stating that "They uttered against Mariam a grave false charge." Quran 4:156

Why cant Christians examine what they claim to believe when they read the books and refuse to see whats in the books?

Christians say the trinity is a mystery, yet they say it is 3 persons in 1 god and that each person is 1 and 3, which makes them 13 gods in all or in 1, which is not a mystery but sheer garbage since a mystery can neither be understood nor explained.

If the son is equal to the father then the son also was responsible for fathering himself, which is the incest committed.

Joseph was told that his wife was with child of the holy ghost, but at the baptism the father claimed it was his son in the presence of the holy ghost who came down as a dove, which makes him the son of himself, the father and the holy ghost.

Isn't this extreme garbage and not a mystery?

Further, the son claims that "before Abraham was" he was, but he is not named in the Old Testament, and he is therefore claiming that he was with the fathjer and the holy ghost when they sired "the begotten son".

What a laugh to claim as belief?

Please explain where the incest is concerning Mary, she was not related to Joseph by birth, they were engaged to be married and that is not incest, and she never committed adultery.
I am Catholic and we don't see Mary in that light please get your facts straight

1. If she's not married, bearing the child of God is not adultry. You have to be married first.

2. It's not incest either. You should really look those words up. You don't have the first clue at what they mean.

3. Mary accepted the word of God and agreed to become the mother of Jesus. Joseph only relized what this meant when an angel appeared before him. And if you are going to mock people who see angles., lets not forget that your prophet Mohammad saw an angel.

The word is "Immaculate conception" a child from God that is God in the flesh to understand the infallibilty of sin and temptation of man and to set him free of the bondage of sin.Now I dont have anything against Muslims or the true nation of Islam(I am a Catholic)but the similarities with most beliefs are close to the same betwwen the two(if only Saladin and Richard the lionharted had suceeded in their peace accord we would have more of an understanding with each other) and after death in the spirit ofpurification the sins of lust with all those virgins just doesnt make sense to me,thats not love but lust

1. The Quran is not a source of information on Jesus' life. Mohammed was not there, and furthermore could not have interviewed the necessary witnesses after the fact. The Quran therefore fails to establish it's ability to record this event truthfully: the "witness" is unable to tell the truth of an event he neither witnessed or could soon investigate.

2. Matthew does NOT record that Joseph considered stoning Mary to death for adultery. Joseph considered what we would call an "annulment" of the relationship, privately. The marriage was going to be called off, cancelled, and Mary would have to bear her child alone. The Angel appeared to Joseph to re-assure him of Mary's HOLY pregnancy, and to command him (Joseph) to take Mary home as his wife.

Although it doesn't appear in Scripture, Joseph could have easily assumed that Mary had been the victim of a sexual assault, and been pregnant by her attacker. Hence her continued claim of virginity, and "crazy" story. Why marry a crazy woman? That conclusion is not unbelieveable, considering the political position of Judea at the time of Jesus' birth.

Matthew was one of Jesus' disciples (also known as Levi), and had access to Jesus' mother and brothers, to get their stories. He has the ability to process and pass along the stories they told with a lot of accuracy.

3. The Luke account gives a more detailed account of Mary's side of the story. Luke interviewed Mary to get this information; she was being taken care of by John the Elder at the time.

Luke made an excellent historian.

Why compare two historical accounts with a heresay book written over a thousand years after the critical events? The heresay book cannot be taken as a serious challenge to the historical accounts!

You are very confused. The christchild was the Son of God, not another man.

I see where you get your idea of incest, since the Catholics believe that the biological father of Mary and Jesus was God, but I am not a Catholic so I believe her father to be a man not God.

I never thought, and still do not, that there was such a hidden message in the scriptures. It states very plainly what took place.
She was favored, blessed and pure(a virgin)..that is why she was chosen...and it was the perfect will of God.

And Mary was not the mother of God...she was the mother of Jesus..Jesus was the Son of God.

You can't find the TRUTH about the immaculate conception or the life and death and resurrection of Christ through the Pedophiles' Handbook. I usually don't talk about Muslims and you shouldn't try to dissuade Christians. The barbarian ways of this group accomplishes in murder, lies and terrorism enough about your group of people to tell the entire world what they are up to.
