i was fifteen and dating my 17 year old boyfriend. ended up marrying him and we are now divorced, but not due to age.
i see nothing wrong with the two year difference.

Wrong... no. You are only a pedophile if there is sex involved. Agree to wait until she is 18 before you consider it, then there will be no problem. Actually, if that is your plan, her parents should be happy and might probably be supportive. Honestly, it will be mostly pressure on you to continue this relationship, you will meet a lot of girls in college. You have only been together a few months so at this point it is a short-run relationship but it could be a forever relationship if that is what you both want and are willing to work for. That is true for any relationship. Anyone who has been married any length of time can tell you that marriage is where the real work starts. BTW, two years when you are 17 and 15 seems like a lot now but when you are 23 and she is 21, the difference is not even worth noting and as you get older that difference evaporates entirely. Bottom line: A college degree is a function of how bad do you want it and similarly, a successful relationship is a function of how hard you BOTH are willing to work for it.

Definatly not...It's normal fro the guy to be genuinly older than the girl, however, a few couples are a bit odd, when the guy is like 20, and the girl is almost 50...:S
But its fine. I do agree with the other comment someone made before though, it might be weird if the guy is way less mature than the girl at that age...

Depends how mature the 17 year old is, usually girls are more mature, but if all he's looking for is sex, rather than something genuine, then it's wrong.

At this point they are in the same stage of life- high school. Not wrong, but may be uncomfortable if uncommon in school.

For the guy is ok but for the girl she seems to be too young why not wait for her to be 16++ than it suitable. Good luck

No.... but he will turn 18 before she will and that means it will be a crime for him to have any sexual activity with her.
Best Wishes,
