In the world of dating . . . seems many have careless hearts. My intent in my own dating environment is to bring back the mode of interest, respect, pursuit, THEN dating, courtship, committed relationship, engagement . . . It seems the primary focus going on out in the dating world is dating (with little responsibility to a heart). I'm bringing back the mode of courtship. What do you think. Realistic ? If answering please let me know if your's is a guy or gals opinion.

It is not only realistic, but is being done by young people in the Christian world. Some years back, my then teenage daughter gave ME the book "I Kissed Dating Goodbye" by Joshua Harris. It's excellent and explains the reasons that the manner of dating in America is all messed up and what courtship is all about.

I agree that in this day and age that we are in a "move on" mentality. It seems people don't care to take time to really get to know one another. It seems the attitude is..... " Next!"
Quite sad really...... BUT... I think that there are still people with a traditional mindset in this world. : )
