Uoooww... that is a yucky thought.
The ideal place to move would be a High Altitude as far INLAND as possible. Since the US is a fairly broad country the midwest should be okay, however the Mississippi would probable swell and cause flooding as well, so stay away from that. Also the Midwest is fairly Low in relative altitude so that may be a problem. So if the polar ice caps melt the temp will be going up everywhere so you could probably reside somewhere high in the Alps where is was previously inhabitable.

Just be at least someplace that's now 100 feet above sea level, because that will be the new beachfront property.
