Elton John, John Travolta, possibly Donald Trump and many other celebrities and regular folk wear a wig. Women also wear them or have hair extensions (plus makeup, boobjobs etc...).
So do you think it is still unattractive if a guy wears a wig?

Myself, I've never cared for the shaved bald look. But not all wigs look real and some just lay on the head. That's a turnoff. Charleton Heston, wore one of the worst wigs ever, and it showed. There were a few others who did also. I also don't like 'comb overs', and I think I'd rather just see a person with his own hair, even if there's little. Now the bald head is being worn by too many young men, who all can't be balding. And if they are, let them buy a wig that looks real. But an old guy with a noticeable wig, forget it.

Ehm..
Millions of people all over the world are affected by hair loss, and it's not only the males that suffer this condition as even females are affected by this problem. What's sad is that many of the individuals affected by such a condition end up just accepting what is happening to their hair due to lack of information or options.

Yes. If you are a man and you are bald or balding, embrace it. Shave your head. Lotsa sexy bald guys out there. I don't think Travolta has a wig, and if Trump had one, couldn't he afford a better one??!! Last time I saw Elton John, he was not wearing a wig,he was nearly bald.

Men wear "hair pieces" rather than wigs. If it looks natural, what's the harm? Some of them actually have the money to do "hair replacement" surgery - but usually it is done by those that are career actors/entertainers, such as Sean Connery.

I actually prefer natural hair (for men). There are many men who wear them. My husband wore one when we met because he has alopecia. That was a sensitive subject with him, it was a security issue. Once I convinced him that there were a whole lot of men out there now that were shaving their heads when the start to go bald, he finally realized that natural is better for many reasons. I think that men who wear wigs are mostly insecure.

I think it is hideous. Very unattractive. I think even if a guy is bald so what??... just ditch the wig and age with bloody grace!
