I read but when it is time to take the test, I lose all thought, what can I do or what can take to me with this issue.

Reading alone is rarely enough. Try writing down the highlights of what you read. That is what always worked best for me. It's like taking my own notes. Further, figure out what kind of learner you are. There are some tricks I've heard of using word association. You could research that. When it comes to memorizing what I read, I would intentionally read the material several times over on purpose to try to commit to memory. Good Luck!

You may be like me. If you read something that is not of extreme interest, you will forget the details. And you may forget them very fast. I was tested 3 times to see if I had a learning disability. They discovered that I was board line genus. Now that does not mean that I'm a walking book, or that I am great at math. It turns out that the stuff they forced me to read was boring and my mind would wounder off. I must focus on what I'm reading just to finish a single page. To remember it, I need to stop and think about what was said. Make a movie in my head about what I just read.
Here is something for you to try: get a small book on a topic that you already know a little bit about. Make sure the topic is also something that you need to know. Something that will make you money, or a better lover, or a better whatever... I'll bet that when you read that book you will remember more than you will with others. If so then you know where the root of your problem is.

The best thing to do is to clear your mind of any stress that keeps you from concentrating on your test.
