and hes sporty he hates video games. the only time he goes on the computer is for msn and he dosent play game boy or any gaming systems

I would go for the video games or something like that...Im not sure what area your in but check out some of the yahoo groups...for like ones called the free cycle or the buy sell and trade sites...they are all full of pretty much brand new games and such that folks are selling...at a good price

Well that all depends on who he is. A little info about him wouldn't hurt, but if he's a movie-guy, "Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest" will be out soon. THAT IS AN AWSOME MOVIE!! And if you think he'll like it, you can get him movie tickets for "Rocky Balboa". How cool would that be? There's all kinds of good new movies out there, and there is sure to be one that he'll love.
Oh btw, guys don't mind if you get them clothing as long as it's something they would actually wear, like a funny T-shirt is always appreciated.
Oh and I've heard about a website called Gift.com that place might be able to help.

my kids are crazy about transformers right now. if yuo think thats the kind of thing theyd like hop down to costco or sams club. those kind of discount places get you two of them for less than a regular store. too old for that? online and get a generic mp3 player. got them for my kids and they are cheap enough that i dont stress out about them losing or breaking them. merry x-mas
