Honey you let him kiss you first...give him hints that you want it but don't be the first to make the move...kiss him on the cheek...and maybe he will get the idea!~!~! It worked for me in a past realtionship!~!~! Best of luck!~!~!

I'm guessing that you're pretty young so this is probablya big deal to you. Don't worry so much about the right moment. If you want to create positive tension then you can ask him at some point "on a scale of one to ten how would you rate yourself as a kisser?" This will give the guy a clue that you're open to accepting the kiss.
