You can loose weight by eating less but you can't loose weight b y using Laxatives. It's a trick which people with eating disorders use, it doesn't actually make you loose weight you just flush out all the water out of your body making it feel like you have lost weight when you actually haven't. It's also VERY dangerous, the more you do it the more laxtives will you need to is. Can be very expensive and painful. You will also destroy your insides, I read about a girl who used laxatives and her insides were sticking out of her bum and she had to go to hospital. If you are thinking about using Laxatives please don't, its very dangerous and does not make you loose weight.

Eating sensibly and doing exercise which lead to weight loss, if you still have these feelings I'd advise you to see your doctor before you get into a very dangerous and lonely downward spiral.

NO!!! Don't listen to everyone else telling you yes they are wrong! The only thing you will loose is water and essiential salts - electrolytes.
Think about it the food is already digested before the laxative takes effect!
Don't do it. You will become dehydrated, risk a heart attack and only loose water weight temporaryly. Trust me. DON'T DO IT !!!

A Natural Laxative is Coffee/or any type of caffeine. First change your Diet to Oatmeal mixed with Bran, eat lots of Fruit, then Drink lots of Coffee or any type of Caffeine, then after that drink lots of water. The Next thing you know, your coming out of the bathroom feeling like a Million Bucks!!

Laxatives are intended to relieve constipation. Using them to lose weight is called laxative abuse, which is unhealthy and carries many risks. Please read the following info:

You can lose weight by eating fewer calories than you burn. This is accomplished by, as you said, eating less, exercising more, or a combination of the two.
Take care of yourself...

Laxatives only offer a very temporary weight loss only because all of the stool is cleaned out, and is also very unhealthy to do, it causes dehydration, malnutrition, irritation to the colon and anal area and so on. Eat healthier and exercise there are plenty of web sites on eating healthy.

Eating less, yes. Using laxatives will cause you more problems than it will solve. Regular use of laxatives could cause you to become bloated and look fat. Try exercising more instead.

Thats the most unhealthy thing I've ever heard.
Try eating "better" and "exercising".
If you eat the right food you can eat as much as you want and not gain much weight when you add a sensible exercise routine.
Or are you one of those "lazy" dieters who really want to loose weight but don't want to put in the work that it entails?
Lossing weight and getting in shape is difficult and you need to stick with it, not use "fast track" methods which are bad for you and your body.

Of course you can but constant use of laxatives can be harmful and really it depends on what you are eating to lose weight.

Never use laxatives to lose weight, that is not losing weight it is losing water in your bowel which is bad.

You want to eat healthy, no fatty foods, suggary or salty foods. Drink lots of water and exercise. That's how you lose weight and keep it off. That is also how you maintain begin healthy, which is much more important that looking good.
