The looks and the body of a woman or her intellegence and kindness?

It's all important, just like it is to a gal. However, guys will tend to be attracted to looks first, then figure out the personality later. Of course, if you take the looks out of the equation (say, online), then you will find that guys will pay attention to the other stuff more.

Ok.... here's some truth I've learned as a FAT woman talking to men online and elsewhere:

Men will SAY that looks aren't important... and we enjoy talking to each other, etc. Then he either meets me or sees my picture... and he's gone.

I've talked to many guys briefly and they ask me for a description... I'm honest and tell them I'm quite a bit overweight. Some have come right out an said, "I'd never date a fatso!" And they are gone.... sometimes not even saying goodbye!

I'm not hurt that I "lost" them because they are so cruel, they are not worth having. But even the good guys can't bring themselves to see past my weight... and I have a pretty face.

Most guys WANT to be a good person, but it's just not in them when it comes to this area.

If it's a choice between looks and personality.... the guy goes for the looks. If he can have both... he'll take it. But he's not going to take personality over looks!

Guys will say I'm wrong, but this has happened to me too many times for it to be a rare thing.

Best Wishes,

Sue

I think it's pretty hard to say, i'd like to say just intelligence and kindness is more important... but to tell ya the truth... if she wasn't a little pretty then i may not even fully realise or appreciate the intellegence and kindness.

Body

Both are really important. I think the intelligence and kindness are obvious so let me explain why looks are important to me.

I feel that the way a woman looks is a great reflection on how much she cares about herself and her health. If a woman looks overweight and sloppy then that means she porbably lacks self dicipline to eat right and take 30 min out of her day to exercise.
Also, most women who dont' take care of themselves tend to lack self confidence and have low self-esteem.

hope that helps

Hmm. Body is important, but looks are too. Kinda a tough question, if I could answer this completely, I would be a hero to many.

The looks are what matters initially. But after that, if she is dumb as a box of rocks and rude, it doesn't matter how hot she is, she gets kicked to the curb. So I guess in the long run, its the character that counts.

Unless the guy just wants to get laid.

It depends on his want status. If he wants a good relationship, looks are as low as a quarter to as high as four fifths of the needed requirements. If it's a one night, week, month, or however long it lasts series of animal sex one night stands, looks are MORE than half of the standards.

Guys worth dating will tend to tell you they both have importance...but the inside has more bearing than the outside...of course chemistry has to be there too...

That's what my guy friends tell me anyway, and what I've read online over the years posted by guys when asked this question...
