sometimes aneurysm could cause migraine, but that does not have anything to do with migraine persisting for 3 or more days.

No actually migraines can last for much longer than that. However, do not hesitate to seek medical treatment. If your not under the care of a competent neurologist NOW. Have you had a recent MRI?
If not I would do something soon. If you have not truly been dx'd with migraines and this is happening seek out an ER.
Do not stay in this kind of pain

No-I've had migraines that have lasted up to ten days. I have had many tests done to detect brain injury, aneurysm, etc...My head turned out to be fine.
The only way, though is to go to a doctor and see if they want to do any tests. This way you can be sure if it is really bothering you.

You can have an aneurysm without a headache. If someone has a headache for 3 days they should be on the phone to the doctor.

I would do that for 30 days in a row so I could fit into a size 12/14.

yikes. Tough one.

I get migranes all the time. It is a normal thing for me....Sometimes i have them for weeks--- I have been to doctors, and i have gotten MRI's and cat scans...and everything is fine..

My aunt on the other hand never gets headachs. she recently had a headach for about a week....she FINALLY went to the docotrs...

It turns out that there was fluid leaking in her brain.... they said the cause was that shes so overweight... the fluid was pushing on a nerve close to the eye...and the pressure was giving her a headach..... She could've gone blind.

I'd get checked out.
