Truly, if this were the case, the asker would FIND A WAY to pay for the fare, and not go about asking a bunch of Internet strangers about free travel.

Unless, of course, your sister isn't worth it.

I don't know how true this is, but I had heard that some companies that want to ship something will pay someone's air fair if they take the freight as luggage. In some cases, it is cheaper to pay passenger fairs than freight costs. Try calling some freight companies or companies that do business overseas and ask them if that is true. Good luck.

no you can't get free airfare. unfortunately, you won't get much sympathy either.

You will need documentation to show the airline. A letter from her doctor would probably do it. I don't think you can get free air fare any more, but you can get a discounted "compassionate" fare.
