Atkins - I lost 36lbs in 3 1/2 months. It is hard, but worth it. Once over the three months, switch to somthing a little healthier like the sonoma diet. That worked for me.

Go to a gym and choose different classes to take every 3-7 days(take a variety of classes so you can get the most out of every clas.)Take at least two or more classes and eat healthy too.

I wouldn't "diet" I would start changing my life style and learning how to eat healthy foods in healthy portions. Also start exercising.
Diets do not work!

but you don't want to go there.

First of all do not use the jenny Craig diet, it will make you fatter.

Then i would take the smart choice thing where you buy your food and it helps you loose weight.

Lastly I would exercise a lot.
