The first thing to do is find someone to talk too, that is a professional and can point you in the right direction. If you are dealing with this burden at a relative young age, the people around at school simply have no idea how to understand or relate to your situation. Places you might be able to start is a counselor at school, your family doctor might be able to recommend some one. Check to see if there's a support group in you area for people in trouble. Even maybe try a crisis line. In most cases of a child that is abused but a family member, a mother doesn't want to believe that her child is being hurt buy some one so close and intimate to her. That's her problem, not yours. So until she is willing to help or get involved, you find help for yourself, and resolve this.

Honestly, man, I don't have much of an answer for you. Yet I gave you a star, because I really appreciate this question, and you've pretty much summed up the conservative attitude you're asking about. You and I have quite a lot in common. Conservatives in office do indeed search for measures to benefit the obscenely wealthy, rather than the working class, you and I and millions of others. But what do a fraction of those ''millions of others'' do? They vote Republican. How do the winners of that vote accomplish such? They rope their constituents in with the SOCIAL issues, which is made possible due to the rhetoric, which is largely based on fear. Yet these Republican voters also work, like you and I, or some are living in your unfortunate and present situation, facing some real poverty, and while I have a job of my own, I can barely scrape by. Likewise with other employed Americans. Like I said, I don't have a real answer, because we already know how it works, but the misinformation machine of the Republican party is knit so deeply that it cannot be unraveled. It's too late for that unless we persist in our duty to help inform others with our own experiences as well as the proper statistical data. Thankfully, others will eventually wake up to the truth about the GOP as time wares on. But I did at least want to stop by and let you know you have my support. I wish you well.

Does your school have a cousellor? Go see him or her. They may be able to help you find support agencies in your community.
Otherwise, if you don't have a family doctor, or you feel you can't talk to/trust your family doctor, find a walk-in clinic in your area and ask to see a doctor there. They probably aren't equiped to deal your issues on the spot, but they can recommend you to a doctor who can - and this will by-pass your mother, who it seems you don't trust either.
Another option is calling a local church and asking the minister for help. Especially larger denominations like the Methodists or Lutherans - they often have access to agencies designed to deal with these kind of problems.
Good luck. I hope you find the help you need.

You need to be aware that others' opinions and actions towards you do not define who or what you are. How old are you? If you are diagnosed as bipolar, maybe you could schedule an appointment and discuss these things with your doctor. I know that there are bipolar support groups in my area, you could join one and discuss your problems with people who know what you are going through.

Always look to God and Jesus; all this stuff has been happening to you for a reason, maybe you can do something about it, not just for your self but for other people in your situation. Just have faith and you will see that everything will work out.

Are u taking any medicine for bipolar depression? If not you need to find a competent psychiatrist, if you are you need to try another drug. If you have a chemical imbalance in your brain that is causing these problems, the right drug could fix everything.

I think Jesus is what you need. He can heal you and help you. Trust me if I didn't have God helping me through this one problem I had to deal with, I'm not sure what I would've done.
Psalm 34:18
The LORD is close to the brokenhearted
and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

you have to love yourself...and thats cheesy but its true if you dont care about yourself you will keep digging a deeper hole....you have to realize that you can fix your problems if you let yourself....just give it time and work on it slowly dont expect a change really quickly but i know from experience that someone is always there to help if you let them.....good luck :)

realize that you are your own best friend. so start treating yourself like a good, deserving person. don't focus so much on your problems, and what is wrong. focus instead on what you can do to make your life better. find something you enjoy; flying planes, reading books, going to school, playing sports, and dedicate yourself to mastering your hobby. don't worry so much about people...just remember, you are your own best friend, the one you will always have, and the one who will always be there.
