You'd be better off eating the box it comes in. The box is better for you.

Hamburger helper really isn't bad for you considering that you have probably eaten so many McDonalds and Burger King fast foods in your lifetime. Heart stopper uppers! At least you are the one making Hamburger Helper in your own home - you drain the meat, etc. I am sure you will be fine if you eat it.

Hamburger Helper is Ok Im sure just about anybody can find a variety they like. As with anything else its good once in a while. Variety is the spice of life. You can get sick of just about anything so let moderation be the key.

1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
3/4 cup water
6 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup frozen mixed veggies

Well let's just say if you have blood pressure problems...watch out. Packaged foods like that are always very very high in sodium even if they are not salty in taste. Besides that, it all depends on how you prepare it, but it shouldn't be too fattening.

Well, it's very high in sodium, and most Americans dont' need any extra! But if you use lean ground beef (round or sirloin) and drain any fat... having it now and again shoudl be alright w/ a diet high in variety.
