in the experience that your sister comes to a decision she opt for to get in shape she ought to consult along with her mum and dad they'll help her get on a healthful foodstuff plan. in the event that they're no help she would desire to continuously pass to her physician and ask for advise. For an 11 12 months previous the final thank you to drop some pounds could be to eat healthful do away with junk foodstuff or a minimum of decrease the quantity she eats and get outdoors and play. Dance around play ball bounce rope. a number of those issues are workouts and could help your sister although you would be unable to make your sister drop some pounds that's as much as her.

If she is 5' 4" and weights 105, that isn't fat. Actually if you ask some medical personnel they may say she is a little under weight. If you worry it isn't good calories and weight, have her start eating better. Veggies, fruits, and drink plenty of water. A good healthy diet wouldn't hurt anyone. And don't forgot exercise!

how tall is she?...

Is she healthy? Does she eat healthy foods? are her blood levels all alright?

If she looks like she needs to lose a few lbs... suggest that she eats healthier..... vegies and fruits for snacks instead of cookies and chips... water or real fruit juice instead of soda(which is terrible for not only children but adults as well)...

Perhaps you can help get her moving also. Maybe you could go for bike rides with her and go out walking with her. Do you have a dog? Perhaps a walk together after dinner each night can get her slimmed down a bit...

But if shes healthy, and her doctor says shes okay...then i see nothing wrong with 105lbs....its just a number.

Dude, what the heck do you mean "is that good for her?" Do you think she's heavy? I am 22. I've been 5'5" and 135lbs. since I was 11. I haven't changed pant (4), shirt (m), shoe (8/39), or bra (34D) sizes since then, and I'm in great health. She sounds a little scrawny to me, but she's probably still growing. Leave her alone. Don't make her self-conscious about herself. I'm sure she's fine.

It depends on her height, but at that age she is in a critical stage in her growth, & 105 for that age isn't way out of whack unless she's like 4' 2".
DON"T MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT HER WEIGHT!
Just have her mom make sure she has HEALTHY diet & excersise habits.

hmmm, i think about 90 lbs for an 11 y/o is a little more reasonable...however it also depends on if she is big boned, and a number of other factors. As long as she is healthy and isnt like extremly over weight its okay!!!

ANGE is a dumb A** real answer it depends on how tall she is and if she is in good health like very active or do she eat and sleep ? alot but im sure that if she had a real bad problem some one would get her the proper medical treatment that she needs but by all means if you want encourage her to excersie just dont call her names like fat or anything like that ...... it could damage her ever heard of teenage girls who purges them self every time they do eat .... so be supportive

I think that's bad for her. No kid 12 or under should be 105 lb. Don't tell her that though.

Maybe i am the only one that can read and see that she is 5'4" but I think that is fine. She will most likely be tall and skinny in a few years when she really matures.
