well alot of people on this forum not all but alot have no respect for one another it works both ways and unfortunately everybody feels defensive about their beliefs me i'm an agnostic and i've seen people bunch up on agnostics just like they do on atheists and christians and muslims and everybody alike it's unfortunate that we can't have a decent discussion without people disrespecting one another i mean seriously at the end of the day are we not all human beings

Actually, that could be a description of several groups. The problem for the most part, at least as I see it, is this: There is very little civility in this forum.
There are trolls who constantly provoke, ridicule, and otherwise dig at, various groups, including Christians.
After a while, it gets old, and people are, after all, only human, and they can get defensive.

I've only been on this site for a week or so and I am appalled at how much Christian bashing goes on here! I haven't come upon many questions with Christian people being "so defensive" but I have come upon question after question of people saying really derogatory statements against Christians.
Can you blame them????????

I'm not a defensive Christian, I'm open minded and will listen if you will, why do so many always assume every Christian is defensive is that not broad generalization?

Not only Christians... They're also Jews, Muslims, Atheists etc.
But you're right. They're are some arrogant Christians here...
Every religion has obnoxious people. Unfortunately for Muslims, their obnoxious people took it a taaaaaaad bit further and now they're all considered terrorists. Whoop.

Cant speak for all, just for myself. I'm not, just perceived that way, by those were speaking or witnessing to, when something we say, contradicts someone elses belief.
