I have noticed that a lot of people move too fast in their relationships. They break up with someone one day and two weeks later they are dating someone else and claiming they are in love. I don't see how people can fall out of love with one person and two weeks later in love with someone else. Do you think people are addicted to idea of being in love?

Love is subjective so I can only tell you what I have learned from my own struggles...but, it seems that loss of a loved one cannot really be resolved so, if there is a break up-people tend to find and create false closeness with others to fill the void. I know I have done it...divorce and relationship breakups are too hard for most to deal with so we try to hurry into another relationship to "pick up where they left off with the one they lost". I needed to learn who I was without my husband before I could really feel love again but it didn't mean I didn't try to recreate the intimacy with every blind date I went on.

But-after a year of struggle-I found "the one" and a year after that we were married and have been happy ever since. Some thought this was too fast, but again I maintain-love is subjective

In today's hush-hush world many seek solace in a relationship. This is one form of breaking away from the silly work cycle and relax. Not only break-ups are increasing, divorces are also on the rise. The world has changed.

Well you have to think people have to experiance
what love is really not.
Once they fall in love then they know
because they never had those feelings before.
I have always thought I was in love,
but I learned it was just puppy love
Now, Im 14 in love. Yes its love
even though things are holding me back
from dating that person
If I hadnt experiance what love was
really not I wouldnt of know I was in love
right now : ]]
People just dont know what love is.
I know Im in love because I cant not live with out
that person in my life.
I love that person very much.
I want to be with them for ever.
Grow old with them,
Get Married.
I cant stop talking to that person
todayy we talked for 11 hours
on the phone
11PM-4AM
2-6 PM
And yes its love : ]]

OF COURSE.
im a girl. && i want to be in love. i find to find that one person. and why not? what is so wrong with that. now im not one to just say that im in love with anyone. but the idea of "being in love" is something we all grow up with. what so wrong with wanting to have that gift? but i wont just date someone and get over it so fast. i couldnt. i get attached. thats just me. if i love you...you know it. im not one to hide that.
