OK, I have a crush. Let's just say that his name is Matt. Matt is my classmate. He's my crush for one year right now. We're good friends right now. So, I like him so so much. He's a nice boy and sweet too. We become friends via IM and text messaging. Then, my friends wants me to express my feelings too him because I think he likes me too but I'm not pretty sure because I hate rejection from him. I think I have to confess to him that I like him first because he's a shy and untalkative boy. He seldom stares at me and I caught him staring at me a lot. So, I think he likes me too (that's a little childish, right?). But, before I express my feelings too him, I have to ask whether he's single or in a relationship first. So, I asked him. He said, he's single. And I asked, why? He said, his crush is dating another boy. And that girl obviously not me (that girl is in another school). So, what should I do? He's single but he likes another girl.

either he really does like another girl, or he is making up another girl (because he is "a shy and untalkative boy" like you say. so maybe he is so shy that he doesn't want to admit that he likes you, too! But hey... you could always just take a deep breath and tell him how you feel. Who knows? You could just land yourself a new boyfriend:)

First of all, don't worry. It is a really good thing that you are friends with this guy because since you are decent friends, you may have a chance. Even if he likes a girl from another school, if you express your feelings, he might find that he has other feelings for you{not just friends}. JUST TELL HIM!!! It is Very easy!!! It may not sound easy, but trust me it is. Say: Matt, i know that we have been friends for a while, but i like you, do you want to go out??? Wait for a reply, annoyingly, most guys take time to think so he will probably say, "i will think about it." I sent my crush, a text message, he was my best friend and is now my boyfriend. OK, a guy crush usually lives up to it's name, and we guys of course have egos and will occasionally let our egos get bigger than our own appetites (hard to believe huh?). But after a while we get over it, think it through and move on. So try a "it's-not-a-real-date" date and find some stuff out about him. I know, not really a nice thing to do to a guy, but he just got over the ego thing, so if it acts up again he could go ballistic. If you like Matt, you should go for it, and if it turns out bad, then at least he won't be hurt because it's considered hanging out rather than a date.
P.S. some guys stare because they like you and really want you, and some guys stare to get attention so they think they're crushing on you when it's really a devious "bump, pump, and dump" or "get-my-ex/crush-jealous" plan.

All you need is to build a friendship. You can ask about his interests or hobbies. Then you can share opinions, jokes, stories, play games or whatever. From there you can build companionship. which means you may ask for his company just in case you need one say you're going to a birthday party. This is where relationship will come in, if he likes you, he might be vocal about it & tell you about his feelings but under no circumstances you would take the initiative to reveal your true feelings for him. Let the gentleman take the initiative, remember you're a lady and you should act like one. I believed that no matter how shy a person maybe, that person will still be able to express his true feelings for someone he finds worthy of his love and respect.

This is a very complicated situation...But honestly hun u just need to tell the boy how you feel...I have had guys who like other girls...and me like them....and then later when i don't have those feelings and we are just friends I bring up when I had a crush on them and then the guy told me he liked me back then too!~!~! ok, here we go. you have a really good chance just do this. become his best pal in the whole world and do everything you can with him. be together, just as friends. then make a moment where you two are alone and just doing something like listening to music, or even homework. lean in and make eye contact and you kiss him and don't wait on him, cause you might be waiting forever do it now or soon as possible

Ohh. hun.
listen...i just did this. im a 16 yr. old girl and it took me about months to tell him i lliked him. and i liked him for 2 years. i dragged it out for so long. but when i finally said it. i felt so much better. but there were things in his life that just didnt work out with the timing but we are amazingly great friends. and he does like me its just hard for the both of us right now. as long as you both can be really mature about it im sure that whatever happens things will either way will be better.

a 1 yr friending relationship u should at least know if he is single or not. if he really aint let him know how u feel but if he is taken dont b a home breaker so to speak coz remember the world is round wat goes around comes aroound all the best be confident in urself n get that man
