This is just came out of my mind:
I just need your opinion:

People who lives under God's Law and Earth's Law we called it "Believer"
People who lives under Earth's Law only and doesn't live under God's Law we called it "Non-Believer"
And People who doesnt live under both Laws are "Criminals".

Oh, is there such a "People who lives under God's Law only but doesn't want to obey Earth's Law?????"

What do u think?

First problem is that you haven't defined "God". There are many different definitions.

Wiccans tend to follow "Goddess and God", as well as Earth's laws. Like Christians, they also believe in the concept that the laws of God are the laws of nature.

Many Christians would say that Earth's laws ARE God's laws, and that to follow one is to follow the other. Some would say that the laws of the world are meant to be used and exploited, and thus we have a science that is quite damaging to the Earth. Some argue that there is no such thing as Global Warming. However you look at it, there is a dichotomy among Christians regarding this issue; the environmentalists and the ones who are not.

Native Americans believe in a "Great Spirit", and that the Earth is sacred.

As far as people living under God's law and not the Earth's, perhaps this is those who claim to adhere to some religion, but constantly rape the Earth, destroying the environment, decimating the oceans and polluting the waters. In some places, the environment is so harsh that stone monuments are being eaten away by rain. This Earth, Gaea, ir you will may well die if we continue on that path.

There are many other religions and many definitions of God.

Not sure on the last one. Christians are supposed to follow Man's law.

I would tend to say, so long as MAN'S LAW is not CONTRARY to GOD'S LAW religious people tend to follow it.

Let's take an extreme. Christians in Communist China. China has a 1 or 2 baby rule, which can mean forced contraception, forced abortions or forced "tieing" of the tubes. Catholics may not be able to follow those rules, hence they may break them and become "criminals" under the Chinese system.

That's a kind of rare and extreme example.

This is true because God teaches us not to listen or obey the earths rules and law. You live in righteousness when you obey Gods law.

The government calls them 'tax evaders' and places them in the category of criminals, or they're homeless.
