does it really work?
if so, how long should it be applied to,and how much. also how often?

I use toothpaste and it works for me. Do not use the gel kind, use regular toothpaste by putting on pimples before going to bed, let it dry a little before going to bed, leave it on over night. It should help in one night, but you may have to repeat the process if you have many pimples.
Peroxide will also help, but do not use it with the toothpaste.

According to my oldest sister (who happens to be a RN) it does work for her. But she tells me not to smear the toothpaste all over your face...it will burn like crazy...just put small daps directly on the pimple only and the suggestion from the 1st participates works wonders too.

i have also heard that this works though I have never tried it. put it on when you go to bed and wash off in the a.m.

nope..waste of time.....a q-tip dab of hydrogen peroxide on clean skin can help overnite.
