it depends on the situation
ex:
i think that i can find cocacola at the supermarket
think here means aataked أعتقد

i think to go to the supermarket to buy cocacola
think here means afakar أفكر

syrian Arabic has BIFTIKIR = "I think". This is colloquial.

biftikir = "I think"-in syrian dialect,baftakir-gulf dialect.
