ok i dyed my hair three days ago but i dont like how it looks on me is it bad if i dye my hair again. some say it is and that you have to wait a certain amount of time some say its not true....so i want to know if you all know if its true or not because i want to dye my hair today to my natural color but i dont know if its bad. what do you all think?

if you used a permanent hair dye originally then best to leave it a while before dyeing again. Any permanent hair colour change would involve chemical processes and using too many of these close together can damage your hair - most hairdressers say to leave at least a week between hair colourings or colour and perm etc. If you hair feels healthy and you had not previously used chemicals on it you should be ok to dye it again after a week or so.

I would say to wait at least a few more days, so the color fades out a little bit. Also, make sure you dye your hair when it's a little dirty, because the color won't hold onto your hair if it's freshly washed. If you absoulutely have to dye it today, it won't hurt but as a warning it may fade very fast back to the old color, so you will have to re-dye it if it does.

I died my hair three times in two days and it really dried up my hair. If you go for it, make sure to use good conditioner, but I would wait a week or so, just to be safe.

I never waited. If I didn't like my hair, I changed it asap. It probably will make your hair more dry but use a really good deep conditioner a couple times a week. You and your hair should be fine. Good Luck

I would say wait maybe a couple more days, then go ahead and dye it but make sure you do a conditioning treatment afterwards!

just go ahead and dye it again if its your first time doing so. but i wouldnt do it in the future because it'll damage your hair too much

I suggest leaving it to a professional. If you want it darker than it is now then it will be no prob. but if you want it to go back lighter that is a whole different process involving stripping and re-coloring...don't do yourself :) (if you want it lighter, coloring won't even make it budge-you NEED to have it removed)
